Our exclusive opportunity for opticianry, medical, and optometry students to gain hands-on experience in the field of ophthalmology through our immersive program. This is a competitive opportunity designed to provide participants with direct exposure to an ophthalmologist in both the clinic and the operating room, as well as valuable research experience.

Program Overview

The program offers a unique chance to:

  • Shadow ophthalmologist in both clinical and surgical settings.
  • Engage in research and contribute to at least one research project, potentially leading to publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
  • Receive personalized mentorship through one-on-one discussions with MD.
  • Enhance your education with practical exposure to various eye conditions and treatment methodologies.
  • Scholarship award of $2500 to support further education in ophthalmic medicine, surgery, and research.
